Who handles the money and how is it protected?
All coach tours are operated by a Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) member, with money collected protected under the Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH) scheme. BCH is the recognised financial protection scheme for UK Coach package holiday Operators to be compliant with the UK Package Travel Regulations
What happens if we can’t sell all the spaces?
There will be a minimum number of spaces required for the tour to go ahead. This will usually be 40 spaces, and needs to be secured within 30 days of go-live for the trips sales. Usually tours will sell out in 24 hours!
Anyone on a tour that is unable to go ahead will be refunded.
